We thank you for making the time to visit your beloved pet at Eastern PA Veterinary Medical Center.
To promote patient care, comfort, safety and a restful environment, visitors are welcomed between 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. daily, requests beyond these hours must be approved by a member of the management team prior to your arrival. Two visitors at a time are permitted cage side with each patient. Adult visitors must supervise visiting children at all times.
So, your pet’s team can provide a seamless level of continued care during medical rounds, we cannot accept patient phone updates from 7 a.m to 10 a.m and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. We appreciate your understanding.
